Hi,

I just purchased a 2010 Terra with a queen sofa conversion. When the bed is opened, the frame won't lay flat. There is also a large gap from the mattress to the wall. Initially my son kept fighting sliding into the gap. He then slept with his head on the other end and the frame went into a "v" like position. I haven't seen any ideas how to fix this at all on the internet. Thanks for any tips!
