I live in Halifax Nova Scotia and also have a JENSEN VR187 in our 2007 Bounder Diesel pusher. I don't have problems with my backup camera, but I have lost my Sirius radio connection due to a "module" problem. I contacted a radio shop in Halifax and they told me they cannot get parts or anything for JENSEN radios because of some sort of licensing issue, so told me to go back to an Fleetwood RV dealer. Dealer told me to get one from Fleetwood parts but they have no such radio anymore nor do they have a suitable replacement recommendation. Does anyone out there have an idea of where to get the Jensen radios repaired ?
