Fresh Water Tank will not drain

    It appears that a blockage is in the fresh water tank drain line or at the drain outlet within the tank. I have opened the drain valve and checked that it is opening via a "snake" (this was suggested by the valve manufacture KBI). What can I use to dislodge any obstruction. I don't want to use drain cleaner;  this is my fresh water tank. Any suggestion ? (2010 Pace Arrow)

    As best I can recall I have never drained the fresh water tank in my Southwind.  In the fifth wheel I opened the drain valve, but nothing happened.  Then I turned on the water pump and the fresh water ran right out.  I turned the water pump off as soon as the fresh water tank was empty.  I know, apples to oranges, but it might be worth a try.
