I have a Discovery 38k. I am getting a message on my firefly that the house batteries are low when hooked to shoreline power. Camping World fixed the issue by replacing the inverter. First trip out and now 1400 miles away I am getting same message. Works great while driving or on generator

    Help, please!

Is Firefly showing the charging circuit on? You can tell the batteries are charging if when hooked to shore power they read 13V or higher.

Have you checked the batteries? Check fluid level, only fill with distilled water, never tap water as the minerals will kill the battery. If in doubt of their condition, a hydrometer is the best way to check. They are fairly inexpensive and can be bought at any auto parts store.

If in doubt on how to check the Firefly charging settings their tech support can be reached at 574 825-4900.

Found out that Camping World disconnected the two lower batteries from upper batteries causing the issue. Problem solved.
