So this the first Fleetwood I've owned and my first new coach ever.  I purchased Fleetwood Discovery LXE 40M 2021 year model and took delivery April 1st.  It has had jack problems out of the gate acting funny replacing 150 amp fuses and on may 15th at a campground totally failed with jacks down not level leaving me stranded.  Pump motor burnt up ( main leads from the battery to the pump motor were not tight from the factory).  Their rev assist from the start was worthless.  I needed a mobile tech  and more or less because of my location gave me some numbers and told me to schedule it myself.  Two short months later mission accomplished.  But then it would not auto level works only in manual.  My mobile tech was actually quite competent and multiple visits and several parts coordinated all through Lippert who gave up and said they couldn't resolve it he also gave up..

Which brings to were I'm at today trying to schedule service.  luckily I'm not in a hurry as just had my shoulder replaced and I'm recovering.  I have never dealt with anything this difficult.  Went to their service website (don't you just love that it has no telephone number) and apparently its a black hole put in a request over two weeks ago and nothing.  Now I've called their assist line and get the same response they should get back with you in a couple days but they don't.  Why do they make it so difficult?  This should not be this difficult.  Frustrated I guess they hope you'll give up and go away?  Anyone have idea on whom to contact at REV to get results?

    I'd hire an Attorney.

I had a similar experience.  Could not find a way to actually talk to anyone about my issues with a 2005 Fleetwood.  I did get 2 email responses, one was the standard we don't know anything about Fleetwoods manufactured before 2009.  I sent a reply of frustration and I got another response by email that a phone technician was making a guess about resolving my issue,   I appreciated that but they were not anywhere close to being familiar or having knowledge of the design of my motorhome.  You would think there would be some schematics or blueprints archived somewhere on the older units.  I simply need to know the location of an access panel to plumbing under my shower pan in a 2005 Fleetwood 26Q floorplan, manufactured in both the Jamboree and Tioga models.

Thomas, don’t give up. Fleetwood has turned for the worst when REV group took over. You need to be a pain in the rump to your dealer and Rev group. I don’t know where you live but if it’s close to the plant I’d become there new tenant. I would say there support section but all I have gotten is the run around. I live in eastern NC so there isn’t much of a chance to become a new tenant for them. I hope you have better luck and safe travels.

Interesting.  I also bought Discovery LXE 40M 2021 and took delivery 4/2/21.  We have had numerous initial problems also although the jacks have been fine.

Rear AC/heat pump buzzing with a bad relay only took 3 boards finally turns out the tech soldered the relay and at least for now problem fixed. 3 months later

DS slideout roller got crushed from debrie left in during construction.  Cracked a tile near the drivers seat.  Still waiting for completion there

Firefly system fried from a shorted wire from control panel to switch panel in the BR.  Finally fixed

Jack pads are 9 inch and have bent from the weight.  I am asking them to put on the 12 inch replacement and hopefully will fix it.

Circuit board on the Onan generator quit working while it was in the shop.  In process of fixing.

Numerous fit and finish issues showing horrible quality control at the factory.  We have had a Seneca HD for years and never had a problem so I thought I knew how to look over a new unit.  We certainly love the look and feel and the freightliner chassis but I am not sure I would buy a REV group product in the future.

Maybe when we finally get it back after 115 day and counting in the shop I will again feel it is a good machine.

Contacted a lemon law attorney and am in process at this point.  We shall see.
