Today is 8/23/21.  Just got off phone with the parts department, the only people that would answer the phone, and they said the technical support line in non existent by phone unless you have a 2012 unit  or newer. They do take emails but unknown when they may get back to you. My question was where is the fuse/ fuse box to my wipers so that I do not crash and can see in the rain.

Your unit may be different but just for general reference…..according to my 2016 F-Series Super Duty Class A Motorhome and Commercial Chassis Owner’s Manual:

    F53/F59 Passenger Compartment Fuse Panel

Locate this fuse panel below and to the left of the steering wheel near the brake pedal. Remove the panel cover to access the fuses.

To remove a fuse, use the fuse panel cover's fuse puller tool.

They will tell you to make an appointment with THEM for service, or one of their service partners.  They no longer release schematics either.  Since they got my schematic for FREE, I considered hiring an Attorney.

I got the same answer as Laurie's when I emailed customer service asking for the location of an access panel to the plumbing under the shower pan in my 2005 Fleetwood Jamboree 26Q.  For what it's worth, here is my reply to customer service :

"So does this mean none of your service technicians know anything about a Fleetwood that was built before 2009?  Does this mean you have no archived information or know where to find any archived information on Fleetwood models prior to 2009?  It is unfortunate that you are continuing to do business under the name Fleetwood."

Do these people refuse to work on coaches older than 2009 at their service center?
