Hello,

New member to FMA and this forum. We have a 2020 Bounder 35K purchased used at 6-months old with 4k miles. General condition is very good to excellent. The rear heat pump/ac unit quit working after the 3rd use last December. The dealer indicated there is a hole in the coil so replacement under warranty. 7 months later were still waiting - We have been working with REV Group for 3 months and supposedly the units are still back logged. I've gotten the Dealer run-around and now I can't seem to get a clear and simple answer from REV - after months

Is anyone else experiencing similar problems ? any suggestions ?
