Dash board AC not very cold

I have a 2018 Fleetwood pace arrow DP. My dash board AC is not blowing very cold air . The AC System is an AURORA. I want to add Freon to the system.  I have a set of gauges to check the high and low pressure. Does anyone know what the High and low pressure reading should be .  When I look at the unit  there is a tag for the total charge of Freon for the system . It looks hand written and says 2.75. (which I am assuming it is 2.75 pound of f R134a freon ) . If this number is correct let me know .

Although closed for the weekend, Fleetwood Customer Service 800 322.8216 can supply the proper answer

Unless you know the system capacity and are going to evacuate it completely you need to use a pressure temperature chart to check for a proper charge.  An example of this chart is found here:  https://discoveralternatives.org/r134a-pressure-chart/  However, there could be other issues and the gauge pressures will point you in the right direction.

Minor thought here, but owning a 2017 PA, I know there is a cooling fan mounted under the front of your RV for the dash AC.  You should be able to hear it kick on, or at the very least look under the coach while parked and make sure it’s coming on.   No fan means less cold air.

I have a brand new 21 Southwind and right from the factory a new compresser had to be put in because the dash air wasn't working.  If you were sitting at a light it would be cold but driving it got warm.
