We recently purchase a the MH and are looking for the manual or tips on getting the sofa to recline into the bed mode.

Does anyone have a link?

Or perhaps pictures of a sofa fully extended in "Bed" mode?

The cable releases that are on the sides are not connected to anything.  A tech at the dealer we purchase from was able to release the front and fold it up a bit, but the back seems to be still locked in place.
