Is the number 11 fuse « range » could be the microwave Convection?

What year is your Pace Arrow?

Do you have a gas or electric cooktop?

if cooktop is electric then I’d say #9 is your microwave.  note: the downward facing electrical outlet close to your microwave on newer Pace Arrows has a GFCI  reset switch in it that will cut power to your microwave if tripped.  I call it the coffee pot plug.

Did you find the electric outlet mounted under your overhead kitchen cabinet?   If so, did you reset the GFCI switch in the center of the outlet to restart power to  your microwave?

not sure what model microwave you have, but some have a fuse behind the display on the microwave. Try google for your model and see if it has one in the display.
