Our first residential fridge.  When storing between trips, not on shore power, how do we turn off house power/fridge as we don't want to drain batteries?

    Thanks in advance!

Just turn off the inverter.  Hold the button circled in red until the light circled in green turns off.
However if you are in storage, two additional things.  First find the bay your inverter is mounted in, turn off the kill switch to your inverter. It is usually in the bay close to your door. Second block the fridge and freezer door open a bit so it doesn’t get musty or moldy inside.

WE JUST TURN THE CIRCUIT BREAKER IN THE 120 VOLT PANEL TO OFF. IT IS MARKED AS REFG. THEN LEAVE YOUR DOOR OPEN IN THE REFG.

That works too. But still leaves a draw on the 12volt house batteries.
