Power Converter/Charger Issues

Looking to see if anyone else has had a problem with a WFCO 9855 Power Converter/Charger. I'm in a 32Ft Fleetwood Terra LX and manual states that the Power Converter/Charger is suppose to keep a charge in both the coach batteries as well as the chassis battery when plugged in to shore power. Mine isn't! Used too, but since last winter I continue to lose chassis battery charge and prior to replacing my coach batteries with two new 6 volt Trojans I was boiling over the coach batteries (like they were being over charged). Getting ready to take it into the dealer and have them attempt to find the problem. In reading the manual I find that there are a number of fuses both internal to the converter and on the chassis that could be causing the problem. Also the battery disconnect may be causing issues I've read and since I'm a full timer some folks say that I should just by-pass those since I never store the coach! Any suggestions or ideas will help me try and fix this prior to running up a big dealer bill and be greatly appreciated!
