Holiday World of Katy are a huge dealership near Houston. I have just gone through a very frustrating experience trying to get them to fix some warranty items on my Discovery. Customer service isn't part of the "service departments playbook. In a nutshell I booked a date two months ahead, brought the coach in, they sat on it for a month and then told me they may be able to get to it in a week or so. Communications are horrible, the staff members surly and it is a thoroughly horrible experience all round. I will end up having to get my problems fixed elsewhere. Beware if you are considering this dealership, I would be more than happy to talk you out of it.
