Anyone have a newish Pace Arrow?  We just picked ours up today and arrived at the camp site. We have fresh water in the tank and attempted to connect to city water. There seem to be 2 valves, one labeled “water tank bypass fill” and then one directly behind that with no labels. You wouldn’t even know the second one was there unless you felt it with your hand.

we are currently running off the tank/water pump. When we hook up to city water we have tried every combination of the two valves (they each only turn 90 degrees) and water just spews out at the connection like all valves are closed and the city water has nowhere to go. Anyone else had this issue?

Brenda, I don't see the second valve you are talking about.  but you have piqued my curiosity.  I see the two low point drains,  I see the Fresh water fill/bypass to the lower right of the water pump switch.

Can you send a photo marking the knobs you are talking about?

Thank you for the responses.  I did call REV they were great!  The connection at the coach was bent so it wasn't making a tight connection.  REV looked up the piping diagram and the second valve that cannot be seen is behind the service panel.  it is for winterizing only so had nothing to do with the water fill.  We just got thrown off by the tech at the dealership thinking it had something to do with the water fill.  We are good to go now.  Just stupid newbie things =+(

Even though we'd like to forget it, we've all been newbies at some point and that is why the forum exists. It allows folks to help answer some of the simple questions, or direct you to someone that can help.

Thank you for posting your solution so we know you're on the way to enjoying your new coach.
