I have a 2012 Southwind since 11/11 and have installed 30 amp service next to my house where I store my RV when not on the road. I usually keep it connected primarily to run the AC since South Florida is so hot and humid. I keep it at 80 degrees and so far it seems to be doing fine. We are usually on the road a week a month except during our yearly two month trip. Since keeping it plugged most of the time is almost like full timing it, I don't' see a problem unless maybe the batteries would overcharge/use up water..but was wondering if anyone has any thoughts/concerns. I've not called Fleetwood yet to get their recommendation.

We keep our coach plugged in all the time here in South Louisiana. The only thing we have to do is check and add distilled water to the house batteries about every suix weeks.
