I lost the brakes on my 2016 Bounder 30th anniversary model and blog entries at other popular RV websites indicate other '16 Bounders have lost this brake module as are 2016 Allegro motorhomes built on the Ford F-53 chassis with the 6-speed transmission. I suspect Ford/Fleetwood will be issuing a recall for brake module replacements in 2016 Bounders. Stay tuned....

If you own a 2016 Bounder, please drive with care and become aware of this brake module issue. I have filed a complaint with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration at http://www.nhtsa.gov   .

If the brake module fails on your 2016 Bounder, let them know about this potentially life-threatening situation for the sake of your fellow Bounder owners.
