Power cable and water supply hose retractor devices.

    I have a 2024 Fleetwood Discovery LXE.  

    Both the power cable reel and the water supply hose reel are dead this morning. I assume it must be a common problem because of the timing   I cannot find a fuse panel or circuit breaker.
