I had the oil changed in my 2018 Pace arrow. recently at a Frieghtliner facility. The coach only has 7500 miles on it. while it was there I had t them check the AC .They confirmed it was not working . The clutch on the AC unit is not getting electrical power to initiate the clutch . They said they know the clutch works because they put a jumper on it and it kicked in . I would have to leave the coach a few days so they could track down the problem . My question to everyone is where is the fuse box which  controls the AC unit for the dash board.

I am having the EXACT same problem on my 2019 Pace Arrow 36U as described above. . Did you ever get this fixed and if so, what was the problem?

Since my last response, I did find out that Freightliner currently has two recalls out for my Coach (and some of your's as well I'm sure) that could be the root cause of intermittent dash AC operation. There is a recall on the PDM, or Power Distribution Module. This device sends power to several components including the AC clutch. After heating up, the board starts shutting down components, thus the intermittent operation. I suggest you call Freightliner and inquire about these recalls by giving them your VIN. It could save a fortune in diagnostic charges by a repair shop.

We have a 2017 Storm 36D and the dash AC quite working in August while we were in OK. We took it to ford and they told us it was the manufacturers responsibility to repair because of the way the AC was installed. Turns out the switch on the dash was not working and that was keeping the AC compressor from kicking in. It was and easy fix but still and hours worth of labor. It was not blowing anything but hot air and now blows 48* air, I think that is better.  Hope this is helpful.
