Radios will not power up

I have a 2016 Excursion, 36K.  The dash radio and the radio in the outside entertainment center will not power up.

These radios have 2 power lines, one is red and is 'switched power', the other is yellow and is on constantly.  NOTE  the red and yellow leads are the leads in the wiring harness for the radios, the color coding for the 'coach side of the wiring harness is not color coded the same.

The constant power is what keeps your stations, settings, etc. in the radio when it is turned off.  I have located the fuse for the red lead and all is well.

My issue is with the yellow lead, the constant 12v, it is dead on both radios and I cannot find a fuse.  I have copies of the wiring diagrams for the coach and I cannot find that circuit anywhere.

Any and all help is appreciated!  TIA

We have the same coach. Shortly after delivery the dash radio went out and they replaced the radio and said the original radio had issues. A year later the outside radio went out and has power but the radio is toast.  Possible water got in there. We have not had both go out together but I would check the radio units.

On my 2016 35E I had a similar problem with the outside radio. Located the second fuse in the fuse bundlle in the main elec basement compartment. Had to untape the bundle and look for the burnt fuse. 10 amp as I recall and labeled AUX.

Lee, thanks for your reply.  I have temporarily wired the radios to the switched AUX power and they both work.  The only issue with that type of fix is that the radio doesn't store the last station played because it is switched power, not constant power.  Not a big deal, but I know that I have any underlying issue that I cannot resolve.

Since we have the same coach, I'm wondering how the master bed is working?  We had significant issues with the tilt mechanism, now repaired, but boy was it frustrating for a while.  Overall very happy with the coach, just a few nagging little things!

Thanks Hugh, yep, found that AUX circuit!  That AUX circuit is the switched power for the radios and is fine.  The 2nd power circuit that supplies constant 12v power to the radios is the circuit that is dead.  Despite hours of search, I gave up and spliced both of the radio power inputs to the AUX circuit.  It's not a big deal as the radios are now working, but I know that I have an underlying issue with the constant 12v power lead.
