I have a 2015 Fleetwood Expedition and my table sticks out in the walkway area whlle traveling.  Has anyone altered their table as to not stick out in the walk area. I looked at the hardware they have it installed with and its intense.  Thought maybe take it out and cut off or hinge with leg.  Any ideas?

    Thanks

We also have a 2015 Expedition.  It is a model 38K with a U shaped dinette table. The table can be rotated to put the straight side towards the galley cabinets.  It can also be moved in and out a little bit.  The mechanism that makes this possible is a latch located on the bottom side of the table on the pedestal.  Rotating it down (counter clockwise) unlocks the mechanism and allows the table to turn.  I hope this helps.

Thanks for responding, but I have a 38S and I don’t have the same floor plan. The table I have partially retracts into the cabinet.  While traveling it still sticks out in the walk way. A real pain walking around. I thought I could simple alter the table top but there is enough steel used to make the brackets to hoist a locomotive.  I’m not giving up yet.

We recently purchased a Discovery 38k with the U-shaped dinette and we can get it to swivel and go down but we can’t get it to stay up...any body know if there is a trick to it?
