If you own a Revolution who are you?  I have a 2003 and don't have much information I bought it in June and it had 39000 miles and 220 hours on the generator    I have now had to replace the generator, Norcol 1200 frig, alternator on the cummins motor, and am experiencing strange electrical problems. I found a leak at the corner of the kitchen slide by the stove and found a 1 1/2 inch piece of flexable pvc pipe was cracked  and it appears to have cracked when the slide is in and looks like a manufactures flaw.  any help from other  owners would be appreciated.  Ben Hill

    Ben,

Sounds like the unit you purchased was not properly maintained or exercised. With only 220 hours on the generator on a 2003 unit I don't believe they followed the ONAN requirements to exercise it under load every month. I know that until Laura and I went to the Camp Freightliner school we didn't understand many of the maintenance rules. I can tell you that our 2017 already has 400+ hours on the generator and has been serviced at the 1st 100 hours and every 150 hours since. There are times I think the 150 hour rule is too short but my 08 had 1300 hours on it when we sold it and it purred like a kitten, so I keep doing the oil changes as recommended.

Thanks Bill that is what we told the people we bought it from when we told them what the mechanic said as we purchased a new generator for $10000   lesson learned   low miles or hours doesn't necessarily mean that is has been cared for properly. I'm finding it difficult finding other Revolution owners ?   Ben
