I am a newbee and have a Discovery 40G.  On a smooth rode it is as comfortable as being in your living room at home, but get on any road that is patched at all it feels like the motorhome is being dropped 10' with each bump in the road.  Tire pressure to high?  Get used to it?  Any thoughts?

Had the same feel on our coach.  The dealer said inflate tires to max pressure as shown on the tire which was way to much pressure.  If you have not done so, weigh your coach loaded for travel.  Preferably weigh each corner but at least each axle.  Then set tire pressure according to the weight.  Michelin publishes a chart telling the proper pressure for your weight.  Other tire makers probably do as well.  I would try this first because it made a big improvement in our ride.

Hi, Harry. Thank you.  What is your coach and what pressure for front and back tires did you end up with?

I have a Fleetwood Excursion 39V.  I had the four corners weighed at an RV dealer.  Not all dealers have that capability so you can find a CAT scale at a truck stop on which you can weigh each axle separately.  Landscape companies that sell stone usually have scales and some will let you weigh your coach as well.  After weighing our coach I run with 90 pounds in all tires.

I own a 2016 storm 35SK and the ride on it is so rough that the brackets on the dash are broken and the dash jumps up and down on every crack, bump or pot hole in the road. We have been on our first LONG trip since purchase 2 years ago and I feel like the roads are beating the crap out of me every time I drive it now. Was wondering if anyone has changed the struts/shocks and has itdone any good. FYI, I run 95PSI front and rear for tire pressure with little help on the quality of the ride.

There are some suspension and steering stabilizers you can install on your MH that will make a big difference and make you more safe against front tire blow outs. Check out Roadmaster Inc.

See front steering stabilizer and rear sway bar.
