As to how water is able to get into the inverter cabinet the motorhome is going for service next week but we are interested to know if anyone else would they discovery has experienced this problemHas anyone with a FLEETWOOD Discovery 40 E experienced  A problem with water getting into the inverter cabinet and during a heavy rain storm. We recently returned home from a trip where we had driving rain and upon arriving at or overnight stop found that the inverter had quit and the batteries were low.  This cabin is located behind the driver side rear wheel and had taking on water.  The moisture in the cabinet Tripp the inverter and we had trouble retaining power in the coach until the moisture  dried out. The next morning we left return home and all seem to be working well until we hit a heavy rainstorm about 15 miles from home no lights on the panel indicated that there was a problem. However after setting up at the house and while connected to 50 amp service or passenger slide open on its own without the motorhome engine been turned on. We had difficulty getting the slide to return in but it finally did. Now the Jack panel yes 8for when trying to operate the jacks. We are confused As to how water is able to get into the inverter cabinet the motorhome is going for service next week but we are interested to know if anyone else would they discovery has experienced this problem

We only get water when driving in heavy rain.
