We have a 2017 Bounder and Mobile vision back up camera.  The video is fine, but our audio

is not working.  Someone told us we needed to have our "radio" turned on and turned all the way up. Does this sound right?

    Claudia:

The volume control is in the viewer to the left of the steering wheel. The radio does not control volume. Press the button to the left of the viewer and scroll through the menu options until you see volume. then adjust volume higher or lower with the channel change buttons.

Thank you Dan.  Yes we have tried using the volume control, we get nothing.  Guess one more thing to add to our list of things to get done on rv.  Lazy Days has had it since June 2.  The previous list of things are slowly getting done, now I guess we will have to add one more thing, so I guess we won't see our rv until sometime this winter.  Ha!

Ahh yes Claudia! The joys of  new RV ownership, "getting the bugs out"! I am chasing an intermittent picture on my rearview cam, seems to work when it wants to, usually at the dealership! My side view cams always work great. Ohh well, I have been an RV'er  long enough probably like you, that we know it just comes with the territory!

Take Care & Happy Camping! Hope to meet you on the trails someday!
