So I was driving out of a campground in West Virginia.  While going down the exit road we heard a loud boom! and the passenger side dash broke from all of its mounts.  The dealer fixed the immediate problem(reattaching the dash back to it's mounts) but not the root cause.  The root cause is the fact that all of the screws that hold the front cap of the RV sheared off!  The front cap of the RV dropped about 2 inches.  I told my dealer, but now they are dragging their feet.  Does anyone know how I can move the front cap up to where it should be so I can replace the broken screws?

In the Spring of 2014, we purchased a brand new Thor ACE.  With in about 4 months, we found some problems with trim that was covering the joint of the front cap.  Took in back tot he dealer, Camping World in Madison, WI and found that there were only two screws remaining to hold the front cap together.   We had a number of other serious issues to be repaired.  After about 6 weeks, we got the coach back.  The repairs looked like a bailing wire and chewing gum type of job.  We made on more trip that fall, and traded it in on a new 2015 Bounder 35K.  I was really not comfortable going down the road knowing that the front cap on the Thor ACE was being held together, with God knows what.
