Don't know if this will help, but in our 08 Discovery it was in the panel under the center of the dash. You may have to use a tone tracer to find the wire. I've included a link to one from Harbor Freight,  but any good hardware store should have something similar. You connect the tone unie to the wire by the fan or light and then follow it to the source. I  find this tool to be invaluable in troubleshooting.
