If you find yourself replacing the microwave in a 2018 or so Pace Arrow 35e and are unsure as to how to access the top mount bolts. The trim panel above the microwave is secured by an industrial strength Velcro. Simply push in at the top edge to rotate it some so you can slide something under the trim and then pull it toward you. It’s not easy but it will pull free. You might have to depress the microwave cabinet some to widen the gap.
