I have a knock under the floor on the passanger side of my 2008 bounder 34G. It sounds like something

bouncing up from the road.  It does this randomly.  I have had a mechanic check while on the road.  He found nothing. It has happened on straight roads and going up over passes. Any ideas.

There's a rod that connects the front panel under the hood to the chasis. The front panel will include such things as cooler, coolant overflow tank, etc. Usually there's one on each side. If this comes loose you'll hear a banging. Check both. If it's missing the rubber grommet go to NAPA and purchase a rubber plug. The plug comes with a big chunk of rubber with a small hole in the middle and two washers and a nut and bolt. Remove the nut and bolt and use the rubber and washers to replace the missing parts. Check the other side of your RV to see how that one is doing. If it's loose, tighten it. Use lock nut to keep the nut from vibrating off again.

I have a 2018 Southwind, basically the same coach, I had same problem. Does it happen when hitting bumps? Mine was a broken weld right under the feet of the passenger. It was the connecting tubing that ties the chassis to the coach. Was a simple quick fix for someone that welds. It is actually where they shim the coach to level it on the frame. Let me know if this is the problem.
