Parking on an incline

Are there any issues storing a Fleetwood Bounder on an incline for any length of time? All electrical appliances are turned off. The Bounder is not level.

Hi Jim, great question.   When you say on an incline, if you mean the front two tires are uphill or downhill from the back tires - no problem.  If the left or right side of the coach are raised equally, again no problem.  Where you might have a problem is when one tire is higher or lower than the rest as this torques your RV chassis. and can cause future issues with your slide-outs if left that way too long.

Appliances work best when the rig is level, but you said Parked and turned off, so I'd guess that isn't an issue either.

If your rig is a gas unit, you should activate the emergency brake BEFORE placing in Park. That way your transmission is not holding the weight of the coach and be sure to put it in gear BEFORE releasing the parking brake when you're ready to move.
